13 weeks down!

Yesterday I had my doctor's appointment. JJ was able to go and we heard the baby's heartbeat! The heartbeat was in the upper 150's (157). Everything seemed to be going well and I appeared to be healthy. My stomach is definitely starting to bulge out, but I was excited that I had not gained a single pound. I know that will be different at the next one. I have also felt a lot better for 5 days now, so I think the sickness is going away (Praise the Lord)! Heartburn is of course back, but that doesn't really bother me when compared to how sick I have been over the past 3 months. We go back September 14th to find out the sex of the baby. So, what do you guys guess?

What's up with me?

A lot of you have been asking what is up with me and this pregnancy? Well, to be perfectly honest, I have been sick ALL summer. Being nauseated all day is not fun. I am taking some medicine and hopefully that well help and it will end soon. I will be 12 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I go to the doctor next week to hear the heartbeat. School starts back in a couple of weeks, so I think it will be nice to get my mind off of things again. We are of course looking forward to finding out if it is a boy or girl. I of course have no idea. I was sick with Sadie, but so are people when they have boys. I am trying to be content and not be too anxious to find out. I must say that most people think I am having a boy. That would definitely make my dad very happy! Stayed tuned.....we'll find out mid September!!! Please continue to pray for a healthy pregnancy!

Beach 2010

Last week we went to Myrtle Beach with Nana and Papa. I must say that it was very relaxing. That probably had something to do with me being pregnant and just wanting to sleep all the time. We had fun at the beach, shopping, and of course pool time. Most importantly we enjoyed being together!

July Birthday Parties!

Sadie had two birthday parties to go to this week! Sara Beth was first. She had a princess theme party and there were water slides to play on after the princess fun. The kids had a blast and it was such a wonderful way to entertain them!

Then there was Logan's Birthday Party! This was a pool party and it was a blast too! It stormed for a while, but it cleared up just in time to have some fun!
